I have been looking through the messages on here and although I have had experience of ovarian cysts in the past, I now have pain in in my pelvic area. I am not sure if this is related to endometriosis, or possibly some sort of urine/bladder infection. It feels like a dull ache in my pelvis (almost in the bone?) possibly like a burning sensation at times. I do need a wee regularly but it doesn't hurt or smell odd. Can anyone shed any light on what it might be? Thanks for your help.xx
