Do you think I should be worried about this? it's been going on at least 6 months. Sorry for tmi but I go about 4 times a day and it's like water my arse is constantly sore.

See a dr. You may need testing for coeliac or food intolerances. You may also be vit/min deficient if your body isn't absorbing food properly. Please don't leave it any longer.

I would see a Dr. They will test for food intolerances & may do a colonoscopy. You could also have ulcerative colitis or Chrons though usually would have associated pain & maybe blood & mucus.
Best to get checked out.

My Mum had diarrhoea and was referred to the hospital for testing. There was nothing wrong with her, but they advised on simple changes to her diet which made all the different.

My OH has had long lasting problems like this and he's worked out he is sensitivo/alérgico to wheat, or gluten. Speak to your GP about it, it might well be something simple like a type of food that's irritating your digestive system.

Just to cheer you slightly I have had it for eight years and have never done a formed 'poo' in that time. I have crohns and you have lots of other symptoms too with it so try not to worry. It may be an intolerance or a bug that's persisted x

My stools are constantly loose. The only time they are solid was when I was on a strict diet, so for me fat was the issue.
