Cervical cerclage

Has anybody had a cervical cerclage (stitch) in before have been told I will be have one in and so nervous about it! :( anybody who's had one please share your experience x

I had one. I had a drip put in my arm and then a spinal anaethetic. I was awake through the whole thing and never felt anything. Afterwards I think i had a dull ache in my belly but apart from that, it was all done quickly (as a day case) and it was all ok. Please dont be nervous it really is a straightforward procedure x
