Last week my face became swollen, particularly around the eyes. It was much worse in the morning, immediately after waking, and seemed to 'drain' throughout the day, although not completely around the eyes. Doctors said it was an allergic reaction, although the change throughout the day was the same, whether I took an antihistamine or not.
Yesterday I woke up with little red blotches (not raised) all over the bottom of my feet, and they are itching like crazy. Taking an antihistamine relieves some of the blotches, but the itching is still there. It is driving me mad.
Are these likely to be linked? I have never had an allergic reaction to anything before, I cant think of anything at home, or food that I have changed. Any suggestions about causes?
