Has anyone had dental implants abroad. I need some at the back and it is so expensive. I heard that it is cheaper to travel to turkey or hungary, has anyone gone?

My husband had them done in Turkey, half the price they are here and no problems at all. We have an apartment there so go every year anyway so he just booked himself in on the first day and had about 3 appointments over three weeks. I think it can be done in two though.
