How long did you have 'problems' with your c-section scar???

I had my second c-section nearly 2 years ago. Externally very nicely healed and according to ultrasound very nice scar inside too.

BUT (there had to be one ... I still get quite bad searing pain, e.g. went to the gym yesterday and had a good workout, not doing abdominal though. Got home and a few hours later I got a really bad pain deep inside, approximately where the scarring would be.

Any input on whether this could be scar related? Have any of you had similar problems and if so how long for?

Thank you

I had a c section 8 months ago(2nd time)
and I still get discomfort from the scar, sometimes a stabbing pain.

it's the stabbing I'm getting. Was particularly bad last night as I had to keep getting up for ds (doing sleep training so I@m not getting any

I had bad pains for two years after my section - the GP put it down to nerve damage. I still get the odd twinge now, and dd is 5.

i remember mine hurting for about 2 years on and off

oh great so possibly no end in sight??? I mean I can understand it if I actually worked my stomach muscles, which they dearly need (flab alert) but not risking the pain. But doing simple cardio resulting in pain really stinks

Sorry for outburst just tired and frustrated

Ds is 3.6 and I still very occasionally get pain in mine, but only if I have been really overdoing it, shifting furniture of something.
