other than a doctors because it's seriously impossible for my doctors to seem to arrange this for me, the specialst dr is never there and appointments seem to be not available

My GP surgery has a family planning clinic which is a walk in service.
Perhaps look for a walk in clinic in your area?

There's a sexual health clinic (ie separate from any gp surgery) here which is where I'm going to have my coil replaced.
