I've got a sore boob :o(

It's tender on one side. It's not particularly lumpy, or dippled, or has a rash, there's no change to the nipple and it doesn't look any different. But it's definitely tender.

I thought it was a combination of my period and a new bra. I turned over in bed last night, from laying on that side to the other, and it really hurt as it moved.

I'm going to have to see a doctor aren't I? Any change to a boob has to be checked out doesn't it?

Anyone got any words of wisdom? Or reassurance?

Was really hoping to talk to someone. Apart from a doctor obviously. Just needed to vent. Sad

Best to get anything like that checked out, probably will turn out to be nothing but will give you peace of mind Smile

yep, probably hormonal but you'll feel miles better once you've seen a doc x

Yes that's what I thought, hormones or something.

Thanks. Smile

I've had that before and got really worried about it. Mine felt exactly like you describe, painful when turning over in bed etc but I thought I'd wait a complete cycle to see if it resolved on its own, you never know how much these things are down to hormones, despite the fact I'd never had anything like it before in my life. Anyway, it did clear up on its own.

Actually I've never given it a thought since until I saw your post OP. I've also been called for a routine mammogram since it happened (my first one) and it was all clear so I know nothing sinister was causing it.

I put it down to hormones.
