Fed up with feeling ill

Just that :-(
I have ankylosing spondylitis but can't help worrying there's something more wrong. I've felt ill in every way for five weeks and it's getting me down xx

It's an imflammatory arthritis, fatigue, everything hurts, irritable. Having a flare up and it's not nice. Thanks for posting x

Heat pads, hot water bottle, baths.
I have told them but they are not concerned x
