Bastarding cold sore

I've developed a massive cold sore under my nose and I've got a very important interview tomorrow. Any ideas on camouflaging the bastard? I doubt anything could clear it up by tomorrow but I'll try nearly anything. Help!

You can buy patches that help. I would say straight out that you apologise for the sight of it and make a small joke of it. Chances are some of the interviewers are sufferers.

I was just thinking of searching for remedies as I am currently sporting two rather fetching cold sores!

I second the idea of bringing it to their attention in a jokey manner. I went to work today with cream in them which doesn't rub in so I made a point of mentioning it before anyone could helpfully point out I had something white on my mouth.
