Waking up in night feeling sick.

For around 10 days now every night except one night, I have woken up in the night feeling really sick. No tummy pain and not been sick but incredibly nauseous. I have not changed anything in my diet (although I do always have quite a large meal before bed - always have done without problems.), no new meds or anything. I already take omeprazole for chronic reflux so that isn't helping. Although I am ttc I have low oestrogen levels and no cycle (on waiting list for treatment) so chance of a pregnancy is almost zero. I am so tired as had virtually no sleep, spent last night on bathroom floor thinking I was going to be sick and it was nice and cool on the tiles. DS (conceived through IUI) was up at 6am so I am knackered and need a solution to help me get a good night sleep.

Maybe try eating earlier & a smaller portion to see if that helps.
Do you have any problems with your teeth lune wisdom teeth coming through. I know when my were causing me trouble I woke up a few times feeling sick, think it was muck getting trapped in the gums causing abscess. It stopped after they came out.
Motilium 10 helps nausea. You can but OTC but you'd have to check with the pharmacist if it will interact with your other medication,
Hope you find out what's causing it.
