suddenly feelingta bit sick and lightheaded

It started earlier this evening, ive got a bit of a dry mouth, feel quite sick and very lightheaded.
Ive eaten normally today, and don't feel like ive got the start of a virus.definitely not pregnant.
Any ideas? I did have a stroke last year but have had a couple of MRI scans since and I had no permanent damage.

Might you be a bit thirsty/dehydrated?

Have a big glass of water and see if you feel better in half an hour.

Could also be an ear infection. Suggest you see how you feel tomorrow and if it doesn't sort itself out, go to the docs.
