Daft question about smear test

Been for smear test today. A bit uncomfortable but ok. Last week had a tiny spot of blood (just a pin prick amount in knickers) but around time of ovulation. Anyway smear test already booked before this happened. Different nurse doing the smear form the last 2 occasions and she didn't make any comment amount the examination. Always been told before that everything looked ok. Now completely paranoid that she didn't say anything because she saw something that looked suspect. Is it usual practice to say it all looks oks?
I know have an ectropion and she agreed I still have one but didn't say anymore. Sorry for rambling...

Not at all. Come to think about it, I'm sure that I've been told that everything seems fine only to have a stage one abnormality found in the cells.

I would take nothing from your nurse's lack of comment here - it's probably better to say nothing than something because I assume that's very difficult to be sure.

The nurse's has never commented on how my cervix so I wouldn't worry about the nurse not saying anything :)

I agree don't worry about it all nurses will have there different ways.

Yes, wait for results. Nurses are all different.

If you're worried about mid cycle spotting, make a separate appointment for blood work, and maybe an ultrasound to check ovaries for cysts.
