Aching between shoulder blades

Posted lots on here lately, have lots of questions!
I have the most awful aching between my shoulder blades. I have imflammatory arthritis in my lower spine and pelvis. I also had a chest x ray which showed infection but no symptoms. I was worried it was lung cancer but have been assured its not. Just really worried.

If you have lower back problems, you are bound to have knock on muscular stuff going on higher up I'm afraid....I get terrible spasms or aches in middle back, due to sacroiliac joint that gets tilted/stiff lower down!

Sounds like you need to be kind to yourself, get a massage, try finding things that ease your back....and heal your chest infection with rest, good food, vitamins, tlc (and antibiotics if they gave them to you ).

You don't sound pathetic, you sound worn out x
