what has your gp done so far?

is this a short term viral thing?

if not, did the gp test the usual for tiredness eg thyroid, b12, iron?

wheredoistartmrs · 24/09/2013 12:17

Hi, hes checked and not thyroid, iron or diabetes.my throat just never improves

This might sound an odd question but how much water do you normally drink in a day? (that is water, ie not tea, coffee, juice etc.)

Dents in your tongue? Where in your tongue? Round the edges like a piecrust?

If it is, that's a diagnostic for hypothyroidism.

dottyaboutstripes · 24/09/2013 13:33

Rockin I've never heard that about the dents in tongue....I've had it for as long as I can remember. Apparently all my thyroid testing is coming back clear though

Ask for actual numbers of your thyroid tests. "Clinically" normal can still leave you feeling like crap. There is a lot online about this...
