I've got a pea sized hard lump in my thigh not visible and it doesn't move when pushed. I've got almost constant pins and needles in my foot and constant cramp like pain in my leg particularly in my thigh. GP says as it is painful it's probably an infected lymph gland. He thinks ibuprofen will get rid of it.
Has anyone else had this and how long did the symptoms last? I need to drive to work and it is getting more and more painful being in the car.
