Hi all
Long post but here goes...
Ive posted on here lots regularly with lots of seperate questions but I'm feeling so low I thought I would put the whole story on.
Basically I started having a niggling pain on my left side at the bottom of my ribs in July. Since then it hasnt gone away. Ive also had tummy issues similar to IBS. Doc said I had kidney infection due to white cells in my urine but I had no symptoms, had blood tests all ok, had chest x ray which shows a possible consolidation on the right but hard to see. SO having anti bs for a chest infection which I dont have any symptoms for. I generally ache in my upper body and am exhausted but my anxiety is through the roof becuase of all this so I think thats what is making me exhausted. Im worried I have lung cancer which is silly as I dont really have any of the symptoms. Have to wait six weeks for repeat x ray and having a abdominal/kidney scan in two weeks.
So can anyone shed any light/ reassure me?
x

Hiya :)
I wont be able to help but didn't want you to go unanswered. For 3 months I've been having general aches and pains all over my body. I suffer daily headaches, chest and rib pain/tenderness, pain breathing in, stomach discomfort, awful back pain (alternating upper and lower, mainly upper) ankle and leg pains too.

I've had 4 ecgs, bloods, a chest X-ray and nothing has shown up. Docs are stumped but won't do anything else. The whole thing has.sent my anxiety off the chart and I've developed health.anxiety. Im completely convinced there is something lingering as feeling like this day in day out isn't right.

The only answer that has been suggested is fibromyalgia. I know.what youre going through, best of luck getting an answer.
