2013 flu jab

has anyone had this yet? I was wondering if any one had any reaction? my ds is due to have it a couple of hours before a rugby matchHmm

Having mine on Friday.
I've had the flu jab because of asthma for probably 12 years or so and I've only a couple of times had a sore arm - nothing more.
I would have been able to do sports even with that soreness.

Oh and it takes a little while for a sore arm to 'come out' too.

Had mine last week, not even a sore arm let alone any other side effects! Last year's was a 3-day dead arm if I remember correctly! The whooping cough vaccine (had on same day as flu jab) on the other hand STILL has my arm feeling like I've been punched repeatedly, 6 day later!

that's great news thanks everyone! ds got so ill with the flu last year and was so unwell I decided to get it done asap.
