Getting myself into a state over strange symptons, recently had severe vertigo and given tablets for dizziness, that was several weeks ago and since then have had really weird feelings of moving left or right, there is a constant feeling of pressure at back of neck where arthritis is, I have a near permanent dull headache on top of head which tingles a bit and feel really dizzy, did have an eye test recently so hope that would rule out the dreaded brain cancer, but am getting myself so worked up that then get numbness in arms, question is can this all be caused by neck problems, I am going to see gp but find it hard to make them understand feelings as I am sure it sounds mad to them, now spending my time thinking I have brain cancer which I know if making me have anxiety symptoms just need some guidance from anyone feeling similar, I am usually a strong person, but now feel so miserable
