Is this a bug?

I was extremely tired last night and went to bed before 9 last night.

During the night I was sweating a lot (though that could be hormone related, HRT has not yet stopped the night sweats). When I woke this morning I am aching like crazy. Wrists, knees and buttocks in particular.

Has anyone heard of this sort of bug doing the rounds at the moment?

Oh joy. I'm a bit snuffly, but not too bad. Very tired though. The aches have subsided a bit, but seem to be getting worse again as the day is drawing to a close.

Can you take ibuprofen? It helps a bit. I'm a bit stuck had to ride it out as have diabetes and other bugs make it worse And can't have Beecham's or lemsips etc as it makes diabetes worse again. I found radix bath, ibruprofen, paracetimol, rest and hot drinks the best good luck Flowers
