I wanted to start a thread to discuss living with PCOS. There's loads on here about PCOS & TTC but not much thereafter.
I found out I had it in 2009 when TTC our son. DH
& I followed the low GI diet & we conceived on Clomid.
Fast forward to 2013 & DS is 3 & a half & we've no plans for more so what now for me & PCOS?
Well I don't think my symptoms are as extreme as others & one thing I have no issues with is weight gain. However I have recently started having salad for lunch & noticed I no longer get such a bad post lunch low. I realised a couple of years ago that chocolate in the day meant terrible lows too so try to avoid that in the day.
Anyone else notice what they eat has serious implications on them during the day?
