What should be the average fluid intake for a 16 month old, including all drinks, milk, water, etc??

And how much is to much and is there long term damage for drinking over the recommended amount?

Many thanks

They need about 300ml of milk at this age I think, plus drinks with and between meals.

I guess DS had 2x 100ml of milk, 3 more 100ml drinks with meals (water) and maybe another 1-2 100ml drinks during the day. Plus liquids such as milk in cereal.
