What on earth are these symptoms?

I was wondering if anyone has any idea what's going on with my body before I go to the dr next week. I am 41 and for over a week now, I have had really sore and swollen boobs, sore stomach and back. I am 100% not pregnant. I am shattered and having incredibly strange, vivid dreams all night.
I had this last month mid cycle too and I thought both times, it might be to do with ovulation but it is lasting far too long?
Any ideas?

Are you sure you you are not pregnant?

The other possibility is a virus that is making all your glands swollen and tender.

I had my 3rd DC at 42 BTW.

You could be perimenopausal, but I would definitely do another pregnancy test. I haven't heard of really sore swollen boobs with perimenopausal symptoms, but I suppose it is possible.

I am 500% not pregnant! Would be another baby Jesus. Not had sex since last period. Was wondering about perimenopausal but thinking that I am too young? Sure my DM didn't go through menapouse until early 50's.

Hoping for a virus though as it is driving me insane and I want to feel better. Also, I usually do quite a bit of exercise but feeling too crappy to do anything and when I did Zumba on Monday, I felt dreadful.

I periodically get the stomach, back ache thing about a week after the end of my period, but not late enough to be mid cycle.

How long does it last for? Do you feel all bloated and crappy too?
