I have very painful swollen glands on just one side of my neck - this is the 3rd day.
I had a mild, short lived earache on the same side yesterday, have had a slightly sore, gritty throat for the last few days, been a bit more tired than usual, bit sneezy and feeling a bit nauseous on and off.
Any ideas what it could be? And at what point should I see the Gp?
