Possibly TMI but I 'felt' something come out of me so rushed to the bathroom and wiped to see a bright orange discharge on the tissue. No smell at all. About an hour before, I was outside and suddenly went hot and clammy and threw up. About an hour after that had loose stools. Not sure if it's all a coincidence or not.
Anyone had this or know what it could be? Still feel a little bit queasy and very slightly lightheaded but haven't been sick again.
