Something underlying or lingering viral infection?

Hi have had an infection which dr gave me antibiotics for as I had a temperature and green phlegm. Finished antibiotics. Still coughing but temperature is still there. It was 39oc last night, 38oc tonight. I still feel run down but can function ie back at work. Do you think it's a lingering viral thingy, do you think I've caught something else (kids / friends/ parents all seem to have something) or something underlying? I had an upset tummy yesterday but that has gone. I have had this for about 3 weeks. Green phlegm has gone. I do like my wine but have stopped drinking until I feel better. Any thoughts?
