Hi there,
I'm looking for opinions and advice please if anyone has any. I'm a single parent of three kids, ages 4,9,11 and I work 25 hours whilst they are at school. Basically, life is non-stop. And I am tired all the time! Regardless of what time I go to bed. I can go to bed at 9.30pm and still wake up tired. I feel like I'm dragging myself around sometimes. Is this just because of what i do and how my life is or does anyone think there might be another problem? Like iron deficiency. Has anyone else felt like this when they have been busy? I am fairly fit and healthy when I'm not feeling this tired! Advice please? Thank you

Can you get your thyroid checked? It may be underactive. That's all I can think of.

This may sound obvious but are you eating enough? It's easy to forget when you are busy! I was knackered until I started eating more.

I was like this and turned out I'd become intolerant of wheat but I don't know how or why. Very annoying indeed but it's helped enormously to know as the slightest bit of wheat sends me back to being shattered and moody. Unlikely same for you but mentioning in case it's in your family at all!

I posted about this a couple of weeks ago. Some people suggested going to the doctor as it could be thyroid or anaemia.

A lot of other people said, you are a working parent, tiredness comes as standard!! Grin
