POAS - with a tiny amount of squeezed out urnine

How accurate will a test be if you take it 10 mins after you have just gone to the loo with the teeny bit you could then squeeze out after?

I did this and there wasn't enough to go up the stick, so I ran it under the tap and it did come up Bfp. However, I was seven weeks by ths point!
