Forever living aloe - does it work??

Has anyone tried taking this to boost their immune system? Does it work?

I can't face a winter like last year, I was ill every three weeks. It was so depressing.

Hi, I started taking this about 3 months ago and I have to admit it does work. It takes at least 6 weeks to get into your system and start making you feel better, but I do feel more energised and (touch wood!) haven't come down with anything in the last 2 months.

I have personally been taking the gel for the past month and can already see my energy levels increase, I can sit up till midnight without falling asleep on the sofa which is a turnaround for me!
