For the past week I have been having strange dizzy spells many times a day which I can only describe as strange pressure pulses in my head and it's almost like pins and needles. It's getting worse and I'm now having them every few minutes.
I gave up smoking a couple of weeks ago, painkillers have no effect and I'm going to try a few days without caffeine.
Before I book a doctors appointment to be told it's all in my head like my pneumonia, I was just wondering if anyone had had anything similar? I'm mildly nauseous a lot of the time too.
