Does anyone use Vagifem?

I used my first dose this evening and want to know does it, ahem, leak out?

I have used it in the past and yes, it did leak out! What goes up must come down but I used it at bedtime to try and keep as much in as possible. It worked for me.

Yikes! I'm going to use it at night too.
I shall walk on my hands during the day.

It does come out, even if you use it at night (comes out the next day ) but not Niagara Falls, iyswim. I didn't find it too bothersome - and worked well, so worth it!

I have no ovaries after a hysterectomy, I' m on hrt patches but they aren't enough and I have vaginal atrophy now. Hopefully I will have the vagina of a 20 year old soon
