Post pregnancy piles

Have been drinking loads of water but have got piles again. Got them for 5 months when I bf ds1, it was so painful it was like passing glass and would pour blood.

Now I've got them again and can't cope with that pain again!

What can I do to get rid of them?

Go to see your GP and get one of their miracle prescriptions. Embarrassing? Yes, but everyone gets them after pregnancy!

Thank you poppy shall I not bother with anusol? Is horrible, the pain is unbarable.

Anusol etc are ok but Xyloproct, on prescription is soooooo much better!
