Heart issue - what does this meeeeean?

Long story short - Went to doctor about palpitations. Had an ECG and it showed Left Axis Deviation and now he says I should have a heart ultrasound.

However, I'd seen him about something entirely different and FORGOT to ask what it means (!).

So - google has not helped and I am confused.

Are there any heart boffins out there who can shed some light?

It's complicated. Honestly, wait until your ultrasound appointment where the sonigrapher can explain in the context of your ECG and your ultrasound. It could be completely normal for you.
