If anyone's had laser hair removal, please tell me where you had it and if you would recommend it. Plus any other tips/advice would be appreciated.

I had mine done in London - best thing is to make sure you get an anisthetic cream that you apply about an hour before - I'm sure the place you choose will recommend it, otherwise there is a good one called emla - apply a thin (must be thin, otherswise the laser is not as effective) layer about an hour before, will help a lot if you are a bit nervous about the pain. I have had 4 sessions and have a practically hair-free bikini line and underarms. Grin

Personal question but how much did it cost, Coolmama? Are there different ways of getting it done ( ie different kinds of laser treatment) and is one better than the other.

Cost about £110 for underarms and bikini - they use a coollight laser for hair removal and a different one for facial stuff, but don't know if there is one that is better than the other - give them a ring if you need more details.
