'pelvic area'?
anything more specific? pelvis is large!
is it her buttocks / vulva / pubis / abdomen / crease where thigh meets body, is it inside / outside?
does it hurt when she wees? is she weeing unusually frequently?

My first thought is urinary infection (hence the weeing pain question) or thrush.
Either would need treating - I suggest GP visit.

pubic hair area and above...when weeing doesnt hurt as cycstitus does but in pubic hair area

so burns inside behind pubis when sitting down and when weeing?
def urinary infection
Drink lots of water and/or cranberry juice, get to GP.

No worries - sorry for the terse questioning (had science hat on) and hope she feels better soon!
