DD got a heat rash on back of thigh just on outside of nappy

and its been there for over a month since the weather went warmer as she wore tights before weather went warmer and was red but now not red but rashy lumps

ive put on metanium 3 times now but doesnt seem to clear it

what else can i do? or just leave it?

probably baby excema .. use sudocrem or similar

Put a few drops of lavender oil in her bath and don't use any soapy stuff.

does baby ezcema looks like baby rash?
