I'd like to decrease my wine consumption and would appreciate some advice.
I don't drink any alcohol from Sunday - Thursday but drink a bottle of red wine on a Friday night and on a Saturday night, maybe a bit more f we go out with friends. Very occasionally I'll drink 2 bottles, over a very long evening. Some weekends I don't drink at all.
I'd like to drink less than this and I'd also like to be able to just drink 2 or 3 glasses and stop but I've never been very good at that.
I don't drink spirits or anything else. I think I read somewhere about someone who had hypnotism and afterwards only ever drank 2 glasses and then stopped, has anyone tried this?
I probably could give up all together and I've gone for a while without drinking at all before, including when pregnant, but ideally I'd just cut back.
