I've had ibs -d for 10+ years and was generally doing a pretty good job of controlling it with diet etc.
Recently though I've found myself getting more constipated (never usually happened) and being REALLY bloated! :(
Talk me through how to get this under control.
I went to the GP who did a series of blood tests and they were all normal. When I asked what else I could do, diet wise, she suggested googling! 
I know ibs is different but if you could share some of your meals, breakfast ideas etc that'd be great!
