Constipation and Ring of Fire

Owww! It hurts. I never ever get constipation, but got it today through sheer gluttony yesterday..

Finally passed the offending boulder, but my bum hurts so much. Feels like its falling out and throbbing. After parting with cash to instigate passing the boulder, I don't want to part with anymore.

Any home remedies?

Anti inflammatory tablets are your friend, along with wet wipes.

I had to buy medicines to relieve it. Lactulose and some enema thing which I didn't use.

Can I just point out that glycerin suppositories are very good for easing constipation, and can help 'ease a path' for anything stubborn that may be lurking?

The lurking thing shot out yesterday! Bum back to normal now!
