any gps here..v v high hormone levels

So..my friends been ill for two weeks plus
Feels so exhauated
Sometimes hot
Sometimes dizzy..weak etc

Drs are stumpted

Latest is..
Blood test back with v v high hormone levels
Of 4000 ...

Gp given meds and doing reg blood tests

Shes done preg tests..neg

What could it be

Oh Oh I might know this one! I am in no way even slightly medical!

My symptom was rare periods - as in 74 day cycle - so I went to the doctor. Initially I was offered the pill - not ideal as I was TTC so they agreed to do blood tests.

I had high prolactin. I think 3000+ ish - normal is 500 ish - I was sent for an MRI Which apparently showed a micro adenoma on my pituitary gland which secretes pro lactin which forced the rest of my hormones down hence I wasn't ovulating and having periods. I had tablets to take to reduce it, then got pregnant. Still BF (which forces high pro lactin too) so not back on tablets or been checked since I got pregnant.

My guess is something to do with her pituitary gland: it deals with all the hormones (if you google). Needs an Endocrinologist to investigate and hopefully fix it.
