My son has had a high temperature for a couple of days and has been complaining of a tummy ache in the middle of his tummy. He was sick a couple of times on Tuesday night, and has just had diarrhoea. Could this be a grumbling appendicitis ( paranoid mother!), or just a stomach/flu-type bug?
