Try Direct Health at www.dh2.co.uk or 0870 2000 999. They are based in London but have outreach clinics around the country.

nuttymum1 · 20/06/2006 16:41

Because she wants singles, which the NHS won't do.

i want the mmr seperate becaues 1 personally i think that 3 live virurses in one go is too much for a little body and 2 my 3 year old half brother is austitic and i have done a lot of research on the triple jab and aparentley when it was first introduced the babies that were the "gunni pigs" were only followed up for two weeks after having the jab and the triple jab is banned in canada and japan after their research found that there was a increase in autsmn and if you can prove that your child was "damaged" by the triple jab the goverment will pay you a on off payment of 100 grand

Actually Japan did not withdraw the MMR because of worries of autism and studies show no increase in autism after the vaccine was withdrawn. only an increase in deaths from measles related illnesses.

I wasn't aware that Canada did not give the MMR. I thought they did? Where did you find your info?

There has been lots of research into the MMR and not just followed babies for a couple of weeks, but well into school age. I am crap at links, but I believe there is a Finnish study which is pretty conclusive on this if you search the net.

nuttymum1 · 20/06/2006 21:03

have a look at www.jabs.org.uk i got my info from various searches and websites

I cannot find anything about Canada. Do you know when they withdrew the MMR? Would be interested to know.
Also, the link to the Japan
doesn't mention autism, on the contrary the Japan experience showed that autism still increased after the withdrawal of the MMR.

FairyMum · 20/06/2006 21:18

This is the Canadian vaccination schedule which includes the MMR as far as I can see:

www.phac-aspc.gc.ca/im/ptimprog-progimpt/table-1_e.html

Calmriver · 20/06/2006 21:54

We all had the MMR in one go and I don't know anyone with autism. Maybe if it's genetic there is concern??

3catstoo · 21/06/2006 14:03

I used a hospital in Hemel Hempstead, Herts. Very good.
There is a place in Slough, can't remember the name, sorry.

Sorry not much help.
