Thin stool in children

My dd has been prescribed lactulose for her constipation. She was on it for 7 weeks and stopped a week ago. I've recently noticed that her stools are sometimes quite thin. A bit shaped like a flatten sausage. She has been drinking more water, eating more fruits and cutting out bananas. Is this due to a change of diet? Has you comes across thin stools before, especially in children? Thanks for your help.

How old is dd?
The lactulose and change on diet will cause a change on pop
Keep up fruit and veg and water
So long as she's poo-ing regularly with no pain I'm sure it's fine
