Diagnose this rash!

Any ideas? There is a pic on my profile...

I have it on my chest and also a largeish patch on my back. Started out as pimples, kind of, about a week ago and now looks more like paleish birthmarks .

Only a little bit itchy.

I thought heat rash but it seems to be hanging around a fair bit....
