Does anyone who suffers with rheumatoid arthritis in their hands ever have a hand massage done? Just curious to see if it eases the pain any?
I'm at my wits end!

I recently had a hand massage and I hated it. It was meant to be a back and neck message but she did my hands and wrists at the end. They just would not do what she wanted and they were swollen, so it felt weird. I was too embarrassed to say anything but afterwards, she asked me and I told her.

Have you tried putting your hands in warm water and then cool water? Are you on decent painkillers/anti-inflammatories?
