DS has small little spots on his face quite a few, milk spots !!!

Noticed this morning my ds has about 10 little spots about 1/2 inch under his eye, he also has the same amount around his mouth, about 1/4 inch away from mouth.

They are not red, nor do they have a head, I have done the glass test and they disappear.

My mum had DS aged 6 yesterday and said something about probably milk spots, but what are these, and any advice.

My son eats very healthily and drinks at least a pint of water a day. Thanks

Have you done a search on millia if so and they look like the picture leave them alone.

My son had something similiar last year at the age of 11. They took about a week or more to go. It was definitely milia. Didn't do anything and his skin returned to normal. Not sure what set it off but heat doesn't help.
