Some one help me!!

I'm 22 have major anxiety over cancer. 6 month ago I had this dreadful cold and found a swollen node just under my jawline as it was tender. I just noticed the one is still there but not painful anymore. I'm terrified incase it's cancer... But this was 6 month ago would the node have gotten bigger by now if it was cancer!?????????

The node is squishy and mobile also

Sounds like one of your glands was swollen when you were poorly and hasn't gone down. It's very common, but if you need reassurance, go and see your GP.

I'm terrified of seeing my GP. Always have been.mi always fear that I've left it to late or it's always bad news. I always check so if I notice a difference il make appointment :)

When you see your GP, do talk about your anxiety about cancer too. They should be able to refer you on to someone who could help you about it. Take someone to hold your hand. x

My anxiety comes and goes. Ie actually been fine for weeks but came down with a cold and my glands were tender and I noticed it then rememberd it never went.

Feel suddenly better after a good clean up lol
