I have a small lump that pops up on my leg, it feel quite uncomfortable and sometimes tingles/ stings a bit and this feeling runs a couple of inches down my leg.
The lump only pops up when I am doing squats/ deadlifts etc in the gym or if I stand on that leg only. Its just to the outside of my shin bone, any one got any ideas as to what it is? Should I be worried? Go to the GP?
I am pretty fit and generally healthy.
