Anyone ever felt a inner vibration?

For the past 9 months I have constantly, I have had a clear mri just enlarged thyroid. Bloods show anemia, positive ana and thyroid antibodies.

Trouble is I don't really know what this all means?

I my hands, feet, ankles and neck hurt which whilst isn't enjoyable I can manage the worst is this feeling inside, its almost like the vibration you feel whilst on a bus.

I'm at my wits end. Gp just passes me pillar to post neuro sort of said wtf do I want her to do at last appointment.
Just not sure what my next move is?,

Hm. I had this when I was hunched over a desk a lot, think I trapped something.

Sounds like it might come from a vitamin deficiency? You can get odd sensations from those... Might you be coeliac? That can cause really odd neurological symptoms and anaemia.

I have thought of coeliac yes, whenever I am describing my symptoms to a doctor though I am told it's just a general symptom doesn't point to anything in particular.

Neurologist mentioned rheumatology?

I have dr later should I mention this maybe ask for a referal I dont actually even know what a rheumatologist does.
