switching from microgynon to rigividon

I have been told i have to switch pills due to cost, has anyone had any diferent side effects.

It's exactly the same drug so side effects will be the same for both.

It's exactly the same hormones in exactly the same doses but is a cheaper brand. Our area is switching everybody over as well, the Sexual Health Clinics in the area switched over a while ago and I haven't heard of any problems.
